Necessary preference storage
The site stores a first-party cookie named hls_privacy_consent so the browser can remember the current privacy-policy version and whether analytics has been accepted or rejected. The cookie does not contain your name, email address, service-request details, or request ID. Under the current policy it may remain for up to 180 days unless you change the preference sooner.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, when configured, are treated as non-essential analytics under the site’s current basic-consent policy. They are not loaded until analytics consent is granted. If analytics is rejected, HLS analytics events are discarded and are not queued for later delivery.
When analytics is accepted, Google tooling may set analytics cookies such as cookies beginning with _ga and process measurement data described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising-related Google consent signals remain denied by the site’s current policy, and the site does not currently enable a marketing/remarketing consent category.
Changing your preference
You can reopen the preference control at any time using Cookie & Privacy Preferences. If you change analytics from accepted to rejected, the site stops sending new HLS analytics events and attempts to remove known first-party Google Analytics cookies for this domain. Browser or third-party storage outside the site’s control may be governed by the relevant provider and browser settings.
Security and other necessary technologies
Necessary site-delivery and security functions do not depend on analytics consent. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, it may process technical/security data to prevent spam and abuse. The privacy-preference cookie itself is also necessary to remember your choice.
Future tools
New analytics, advertising, call-tracking, or embedded third-party tools must be assigned an approved privacy/consent category before activation. The site does not treat an unknown third-party tracking script as automatically approved.
