Information you submit
An availability request may include a service category, Hattiesburg-area city or ZIP, timing, name, email, optional callback number, and a short description. Please do not submit a street address, access code, identity document, VIN, key code, payment information, or another security-sensitive detail.
How request information is used
Submitted information is used to review the request, respond about possible availability, prevent abuse, maintain the website, and keep a limited operational record. A website submission does not dispatch a locksmith, create an appointment, or guarantee that a provider is available.
Storage and retention
Availability requests are stored as private records in the protected WordPress administration area and are also sent to the configured site inbox. Website copies are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Email-provider retention may differ and is governed by the configured mailbox settings. We do not state a fixed mailbox deletion period until those external settings are verified.
Cookies, preferences, and analytics

When analytics is enabled, the site may record page views, form starts, submission attempts, accepted-submission outcomes, validation errors, rate-limit outcomes, spam-check outcomes, selected service category, landing page, device category, referral/source information, and email-link clicks. Names, email addresses, callback numbers, street addresses, access details, message text, identity documents, VINs, key codes, and payment information are not intentionally sent to analytics. Security and anti-abuse processing
The site uses standard hosting and security controls. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, the browser loads the Turnstile security service and the server sends the Turnstile response token and connection IP to Cloudflare for verification. Hosting, security, and email providers may also process technical records needed to provide, secure, or diagnose their services. Their account-level retention settings are external to this repository and are reviewed separately.
Sharing and service-provider routing
Request information is available to authorized site operators and service providers used to operate the website and inbox. The site is currently in a pre-partner operating mode, so a submitted request is not automatically routed to an independent locksmith provider. Before partner delivery is activated, the site will update the applicable routing disclosure and privacy information. See the Operator & Referral Disclosure.
Data minimization
We ask visitors to provide only the general information needed to understand the service category, area, timing, and a way to respond. Please do not include sensitive access, identity, vehicle-security, or payment information in the request description.
